Text

Section 13D1/2. Whoever commits an offense set forth in section one, two, five or seven of chapter two hundred and sixty-six where said offense results in injury to a firefighter in the performance of his duty, shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than ten years, or by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars and imprisonment in a jail or house of correction for not more than two and one-half years.
