Section 11. An inhabitant or resident of this commonwealth who, by previous appointment or engagement made in the same, leaves the same and engages in a fight with another person outside the limits thereof shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than five years or by a fine of not more than five thousand dollars.
