§ 26 — Refusal of officer to deliver copy of warrant; penalty

Section 26. An officer who refuses or neglects for six hours to deliver a printed copy of the warrant contained in the warrant management system or process by which he detains a prisoner to any person who demands such copy and tenders the fees therefor shall forfeit two hundred dollars to such prisoner.
