§ 80 — Action against defaulting trustee; execution against trustee for costs

Section 80. If a person summoned as trustee is held liable to pay from his own estate the costs as before provided, and if he is at the same time liable for the plaintiff's costs in the original action, one execution shall be issued against him for both amounts.
