§ 79 — Action against defaulting trustee; costs, nonliability, recovery

Section 79. He shall not be liable for costs under section seventy-seven if he was prevented from appearing in the original action by his absence from the commonwealth or by any other sufficient cause, but the court may allow him his costs as if he had appeared in the original action.
