Text

Section 78. He shall not be liable for costs under section seventy-seven, nor shall he be entitled to recover costs, if the court finds that he had goods, effects or credits in his hands liable to attachment, and has paid and delivered, on the execution issued on the original judgment, the full amount thereof.
