§ 64 — Failure of trustee to deliver property

Section 64. If a trustee refuses or neglects to deliver any property in his hands when lawfully required by the officer serving the execution, he shall, after deducting the amount of any lien he has on such property, be liable to the plaintiff in a proceeding under section forty-five.
