Section 13.

(a)Holders of category 1 and category 2 licenses may accept wagers on sports events and other events authorized pursuant to this chapter in person at authorized facilities.
(b)Holders of an operator license may accept wagers on sports events and other events authorized pursuant to this chapter from individuals physically located within the commonwealth using mobile applications or digital platforms approved by the commission, through the patron's sports wagering account. The branding for each mobile application or digital platform shall be determined by the operator. All bets authorized pursuant to this section must be initiated, received and otherwise made within the commonwealth.
