§ 69 — Reporting on gaming revenues, prize disbursements, expenses and matters requiring immediate changes in the laws

Section 69. The commission shall report monthly to the governor, the attorney general, the senate and house committees on ways and means, the chairs of the joint committee on revenue and the chairs of the joint committee on economic development and emerging technologies on the total gaming revenues, prize disbursements and other expenses for the preceding month and shall make an annual report to the same recipients which shall include a full and complete statement of gaming revenues, prize disbursements and other expenses, including such recommendations as the commission considers necessary or advisable.
