Section 41. Whoever manufactures, distributes, sells or services a gaming device, in violation of this chapter or regulations adopted under this chapter and for the purpose of defrauding, cheating or stealing from a person playing, operating or conducting a game in a gaming establishment, shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than 5 years or imprisonment in the house of correction for not more than 21/2 years or by a fine not to exceed $25,000, or both, and in the case of a person other than a natural person, by a fine not to exceed $150,000.
