§ 7 — Clean energy seed grant program

There is hereby established and placed within the center a program to be known as the clean energy seed grant program. Said program shall award grants to clean energy researchers, companies, nonprofit organizations, community-based organizations and institutions. The center shall establish public-private partnerships with commonwealth-based investors, entrepreneurs and institutions that are involved in the clean energy industry for the purposes of facilitating matching grants for recipients of funding from the center.Chapter 23J: Section 7.
