Text

Section 31. The industrial service program shall annually submit a complete and detailed report of the program's activities within ninety days after the end of the fiscal year to the clerk of the house of representatives, the clerk of the senate, and the governor. The annual report shall include, but not be limited to, descriptions of all programs funded, an evaluation of the performance of each program, a summary of the public monies expended, and detailed descriptions of the individuals trained, educated and employed, including, in particular, the number of minority and economically disadvantaged individuals. The report shall include:

(a)a description of the activities of the program of employee involvement and ownership;
(b)any recommendations to improve the performance of said progra
