The secretary shall also include in such annual report such information as may be required by the secretary of the executive office for administration and finance.The secretary of the executive office of housing and livable communities shall make, and from time to time revise, regulations for the conduct of the business of the executive office and its divisions and agencies, and such other regulations as may be required by law.
