111.See 2023, 7, Sec. 298.]Section 14. Any corporation, with respect to any business facility which it owns or operates and which meets the requirements of section thirteen may file with the bureau an application for a certificate that such facility is an eligible business facility. Such application shall be in such form and shall contain such information, exhibits and supporting data as the bureau may prescribe.
