§ 68 — Registry for operators under chapter 64G

(a)The executive office of housing and economic development, in consultation with the executive office of technology services and security and the department of revenue, shall establish and maintain a registry for all operators under chapter 64G who file an application and are issued a certificate of registration in accordance with section 67 of chapter 62C.
(b)The executive office of housing and economic development shall promulgate regulations, in accordance with section 2 of chapter 30A, that are necessary to:
(i)develop and implement a registry that is accessible and available to the public; and (ii) support the competitive operation of the traditional lodging industry, short-te
