Section 76. The jury commissioner, may in accordance with applicable procurement laws and regulations of the commonwealth, enter into contracts for purchasing or procuring services, equipment, forms, and supplies, including services from the United States postal service, as are necessary or appropriate for the implementation and administration of this chapter.
