§ 25 — Notice for promotional examinations; right to appeal questions or results; regulations

The colonel shall prepare a notice for all promotional examinations, which shall be written examinations, and shall cause notice thereof to be published in the orders of the department no later than thirty days prior to the final date for filing of applications therefor.
