§ 7A — Injuries in line of duty; police services; medical expenses

Section 7A. The commissioner may authorize the payment, out of any appropriation made for traveling or other expenses of the office of public safety and inspections, of the reasonable hospital, medical and surgical expenses incurred by any inspector of the division when temporarily or permanently disabled by reason of injuries sustained through no fault of his own while actually performing police service, or while in training.
