Text

Section 17. The department of environmental protection shall in consultation with the director of the childhood lead poisoning prevention program and the director of labor standards, promulgate regulations specifying adequate methods of cover and disposal of soil containing dangerous levels of lead. Such regulations shall be promulgated within one hundred and eighty days after the director of the childhood lead poisoning prevention program has promulgated regulations defining dangerous levels of lead in soil.
