Text

Section 33. The registers for the several counties shall annually be allowed for assistance in their several counties, to be paid by the commonwealth, such sums as shall annually be appropriated by the general court. All employees in the various registries of probate shall be subject to the provisions of sections forty-five to fifty, inclusive, of chapter thirty.
