Text

Section 2. If, in the opinion of a justice of either court, it is important that a writ or other process should be speedily issued in a cause pending in the court of which he is a justice, he may order it to be issued by the clerk of the courts in the county in which he is sitting; and such clerk shall transmit the order to the clerk of the courts of the county in which the cause is pending, to be filed and recorded with the other papers in the case.
