Text

Section 14. A reasonable amount expended for a burial lot and a monument, or for the repair, improvement or embellishment of a burial lot or monument, may be allowed by the court as part of the funeral expenses of a deceased person; and the court may at any time, upon petition of an executor or administrator, after notice, determine the amount which may be expended.
