§ 32 — Execution for use of particular person; procedure

Massachusetts·Part II REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS·Title II DESCENT AND DISTRIBUTION, WILLS, ESTATES OF DECEASED PERSONS AND ABSENTEES, GUARDIANSHIP, CONSERVATORSHIP AND TRUSTS·Ch. 205 BONDS OF EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, GUARDIANS, CONSERVATORS, TRUSTEES AND RECEIVERS
Section 32. If an execution awarded under the preceding section is expressed to be for the use of a particular person, such person shall be considered as the judgment creditor, and may cause it to be levied in his name and for his benefit, as if the action had been brought and the judgment recovered in his name.
