§ 22 — Actions upon bonds by next of kin

Massachusetts·Part II REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS·Title II DESCENT AND DISTRIBUTION, WILLS, ESTATES OF DECEASED PERSONS AND ABSENTEES, GUARDIANSHIP, CONSERVATORSHIP AND TRUSTS·Ch. 205 BONDS OF EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, GUARDIANS, CONSERVATORS, TRUSTEES AND RECEIVERS
Section 22. Such action may be brought by a person who is next of kin to recover his share of the personal property after a decree of the probate court ascertaining the amount due him, if the executor or administrator neglects upon demand to pay it.
