§ 6 — Mortgage given under license of court; contents

Massachusetts·Part II REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS·Title II DESCENT AND DISTRIBUTION, WILLS, ESTATES OF DECEASED PERSONS AND ABSENTEES, GUARDIANSHIP, CONSERVATORSHIP AND TRUSTS·Ch. 204 GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATIVE TO SALES, MORTGAGES, RELEASES, COMPROMISES, ETC., BY EXECUTORS, ETC.
Section 6. A mortgage given by an executor, administrator, guardian, conservator or trustee under license of court may contain a power of sale, and every such mortgage shall state that it is made under license of court and the date of such license.
