Text

Section 10. No license to sell real estate shall be granted to an executor or administrator until notice of the petition and of the time and place appointed for hearing the same has been given by serving such notice personally on all persons interested in the estate at least fourteen days before the time appointed for the hearing, or by publication at such times and in such newspaper as the court orders.
