Text

Section 13. Nothing in this chapter shall preclude any medical procedure deemed necessary by the attending physician to provide comfort care or pain alleviation. Such procedures shall include but not be limited to treatment with sedatives and pain-killing drugs; non-artificial oral feeding; suction; and hygenic care.
