§ 6 — Possession of property by receiver
Massachusetts·Part II REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS·Title II DESCENT AND DISTRIBUTION, WILLS, ESTATES OF DECEASED PERSONS AND ABSENTEES, GUARDIANSHIP, CONSERVATORSHIP AND TRUSTS·Ch. 200 SETTLEMENT OF ESTATES OF ABSENTEES
Section 6. After the approval of such bond the receiver shall take possession of the property of the absentee within the jurisdiction of the commonwealth so far as is known, and he shall file in the registry of probate a schedule of the property received by him.
