Section 2.01. INCORPORATORSOne or more persons may act as the incorporator or incorporators of a corporation by signing articles of organization and delivering them to the secretary of state for filing. Before the initial issuance of shares by the corporation, the incorporators may exercise all powers of shareholders and take any action required or permitted by law, the articles of organization or the bylaws to be taken by shareholders.
