§ 6 — Denial, suspension or revocation of certification

The department may deny, suspend or revoke a certification in any case in which it finds there has been a failure or refusal to comply with the requirements established under this chapter or the regulations promulgated thereunder. Notice of denial, revocation, suspension or modification and the sponsor's or applicant's right to an adjudicatory proceeding shall be governed by the provisions of chapter thirty A.Chapter 19D: Section 6.
