[ Text of section added by 2024, 197, Sec. 11 effective December 5, 2024.]Section 19. The department shall promulgate regulations necessary to implement the requirements of this chapter. Such regulations shall include the establishment of standards concerning the education, training and experience of the managers and residence employees, including service coordinators.
