§ 96 — Entry of new certificate upon reverter

Section 96. If land taken for a public use reverts by operation of law to the owner from whom it was taken or to his heirs or assigns, the court, upon petition of the person entitled to the benefit of the reversion, after notice and a hearing, may order the entry of a new certificate of title to him.
