§ 8B — Applicability of chapter 176V to dental service corporations governed by this chapter
Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XXII CORPORATIONS·Ch. 176E DENTAL SERVICE CORPORATIONS
Section 8B. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, chapter 176V shall apply to a dental service corporation governed by this chapter.
