Text
Section 10. Any person who violates a cease and desist order of the commissioner under section seven after it has become final, and while such order is in effect, shall forfeit and pay to the commonwealth a sum not to exceed ten thousand dollars for each violation, which sum may be recovered in a civil action. Upon order of the commissioner such person shall be subject to suspension or revocation of such person's license or such other relief as is reasonable and appropriate.
