There is hereby created a nonprofit unincorporated legal entity to be known as the Massachusetts Insurers Insolvency Fund consisting of all insurers. The Fund shall perform its functions under a plan of operation established and approved under section six, and shall exercise its powers through a board of directors.Chapter 175D: Section 3.
