§ 14 — Liability for reports or recommendations by Fund

There shall be no liability on the part of and no cause of action against insurers, the Fund or the agents of the Fund for any statement made by them in any reports or recommendations issued by the Fund.Chapter 175D: Section 14. (a)To aid in the detection and prevention of insurer insolvencies, the board of directors may, upon majority vote:
(i)make recommendations to the commissioner on matters generally related to improving or enhancing regulation for
