§ 162G — Licensing of insurance producers; Secs. 162H through 162X govern qualifications and procedures

Section 162G. Sections 162H to 162X, inclusive, shall govern the qualifications and procedures for the licensing of insurance producers.Sections 162H to 162X, inclusive, do not apply to special insurance brokers licensed pursuant to section 168, except as provided in section 162N and subsection B of section 162U.
