§ 170 — Manufacture or sale of deleterious vinegar; penalty

Section 170. Each person who manufactures, offers or exposes for sale any vinegar found upon proper tests to contain any preparation of lead, copper, sulphuric acid or other ingredient injurious to health, shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars.
