2.See 2024, 312, Sec. 5.]Section 7. The commissioner may, from time to time, prescribe such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. Such rules and regulations may contain such classifications, differentiations or other provisions and may provide for such adjustments and exceptions for any class of transaction as in the judgment of the commissioner may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
