§ 6 — Penalty for violations of Secs. 5 or 10
Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XXII CORPORATIONS·Ch. 167J CORPORATE GOVERNANCE PROVISIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Section 6. Whoever violates section 5 or section 10 shall be punished by a fine of not more than $5,000 or by imprisonment for not more than 1 year, or both such fine and imprisonment.
