Section 6A. Any bank, as defined in section one, or a national banking association, federal savings and loan association or federal credit union authorized to do business in the commonwealth, shall make available copies of all agreements as referred to in subsection (2) of 4–103 of chapter one hundred and six.The commissioner shall establish such rules and regulations as he deems necessary to carry out the purposes of this section.
