Section 2J. A savings bank, co-operative bank or trust company, federal bank, out-of-state bank, foreign bank or limited purpose trust company may request that specific information in any application filed with the commissioner be treated as confidential. The following information shall be eligible for confidential treatment:

(i)personal information, the release of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of privacy;
(ii)commercial or financial information, the disclosure of which could result in substantial competitive harm to the submitter; and (iii) information, the disclosure of which could seriously affect the financial condition of any such bank.
