Section 18. Any person or the officer, agent, or employee of any organization who willfully violates any provision of this chapter or of any rule, regulation, or order adopted thereunder, or who willfully procures, aids, or abets any violation of such a provision shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars or by imprisonment in a jail or house of correction for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
