§ 65 — Application of chapter to plants authorized by special act
Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XXII CORPORATIONS·Ch. 164 MANUFACTURE AND SALE OF GAS AND ELECTRICITY
Section 65. A town authorized by special act to construct, purchase, lease, establish or maintain a gas or electric plant shall be subject to this chapter, so far as the same may be applicable.
