§ 39 — Failure to certify vote; penalty
Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XXII CORPORATIONS·Ch. 164 MANUFACTURE AND SALE OF GAS AND ELECTRICITY
Section 39. A city or town clerk failing to comply with any provision of the two preceding sections shall forfeit not more than twenty-five dollars.
