Section 5.

(a)Each transportation network company shall carry adequate insurance, as required by this chapter and section 228 of chapter 175, for each vehicle being used to provide transportation network services through a transportation network company's digital network.
(b)A transportation network driver shall carry adequate insurance for each vehicle being used to provide transportation network services in association with a transportation network driver's certificate and shall carry proof of adequate insurance, as required by section 228 of chapter 175, at all times while providing transportation network services.
