Text

Section 19. The directors, clerk and treasurer shall be chosen annually by the stockholders by ballot, and shall hold office for one year and until others are chosen and qualified in their stead. The manner of choosing or appointing all other agents and officers, and of filling all vacancies, shall be prescribed by the by-laws.
