Section 8.59. EXCLUSIVITY OF SUBDIVISIONThe indemnification and advancement of expenses provided by, or granted pursuant to, this subdivision shall not be considered exclusive of any other rights to which those seeking indemnification or advancement of expenses may be entitled.
