[ Text of section added by 2024, 252 effective December 5, 2024.]Section 12. [Severability]The provisions of this act shall be severable and if any phrase, clause, sentence or provision of this article or the applicability thereof to any person, entity, or circumstance shall be held invalid, the remainder of this act and the application thereof shall not be affected.
