Section 15. Whoever wilfully assaults, physically resists, prevents, impedes, or interferes with a mediator, fact-finder, or arbitrator, or any member of the commission or any of the agents or employees of the commission in the performance of duties pursuant to this chapter shall be fined not more than five thousand dollars, or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.Whoever knowingly files a statement or report under section fourteen of this chapter, which report is false in any material representation, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five thousand dollars.No compensation shall be paid by an employer to an employee with respect to any day or part thereof when such employee is engaged in a strike against said employer.
